Gestalt is a photo journal you publish to your own page. These are the rules for using it. By signing in you agree to them. You must be at least 13 to use Gestalt.

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use Gestalt after a change means you accept it.

Your content

What you publish stays yours. By publishing, you let Gestalt show it on your page and in your feed for as long as it is published. You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.

Content rules

• No sexual or sexually explicit content.
• No intimate image of anyone shared without their consent.
• Nothing illegal, and nothing that harasses or harms another person.

The rules apply to photos, captions and profile text alike.

Reports and removal

Every entry on a Gestalt page has a ••• menu with a Report option. You can also write to safety@stillgestalt.com. Reports are acted on within 24 hours: an entry that breaks the rules is hidden, and the account is told by email.

If you are the person shown in an intimate image published here without your consent, or you act for them, use the Report option on the entry, or write to safety@stillgestalt.com, with the entry's address, a statement that you are the person depicted (or acting for them) and that the image was shared without consent, a way to reach you, and your name typed as a signature. We remove it, and identical copies we know of, within 48 hours at most.

Suspension

An account that breaks these rules can be suspended. A suspended journal is hidden and posting stops; we email the address on the account. If you think a suspension is a mistake, write to safety@stillgestalt.com. You can cancel your subscription in Apple's settings at any time.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought through Apple and governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Gestalt.
